Twin Citizen is an Minnesota-based indie rock band composed of Joe Hartley on lead vocals/guitar, Adam Lifto on lead guitar, Paul Narlock on bass, Ryan Taylor on keys, and Sam McKinney on drums. 

Twin Citizen performs live in the Twin Cities area on consistent basis and is in the process of writing music for an upcoming full-length album.  We are all very excited for what the future brings, along with sharing our musical ideas with our fans.  Take a moment to check out our first six streaming songs on all major streaming platforms along with our social media sites!
